Shake hands with the SVH Servo-Electric 5-Finger Gripping Hand from Schunk at Manufacturing & Engineering 2017

Exhibitor Schunk will be showcasing their SVH Servo-Electric 5-Finger Gripping Hand on their stand (D13) at Manufacturing & Engineering 2017, from 5-6th July at the Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle.

The series production version of the anthropomorphic SCHUNK 5-finger hand grips nearly as perfectly as the human hand. The electronics are completely integrated into the wrist, which allows the 5-finger hand to simulate nearly all human hand movements. Due to the moving parts with a total of nine drives, various gripping operations can be executed with high sensitivity.

The reliable holding elastic gripping surfaces ensure a reliable grip on objects. Due to its compact dimensions, the SCHUNK SVH is suitable for gripping and manipulation tasks, and especially for human/robot communication by means of gestures.
