How does Brandauer remain competitve? Collaboration

Rowan Crozier, CEO of Brandauer and chairman of the Manufacturing Assembly Network (MAN), will be speaking on how your company can benefit from the successful collaboration of knowledge, expertise and technology, at the Manufacturing & Engineering exhibition and conference on 4-5 July, Newcastle.

For those unfamiliar with the Manufacturing Assembly Network (MAN), the group consists of sub-contract manufacturers and specialist engineering design consultancies, and provides a non-competitive environment for member companies to share best practice and create a stronger, combined force when securing new business.

Brandauer is one of the founding members of MAN, and has seen the group retain more than £50m of contracts and save over £10m of costs since 2006.

Mr Crozier will be using his conference talk, at 2:30pm on 4th July, to explain why the power of collaboration can be so important in remaining competitive, improve lean manufacturing, and safeguard hundreds of jobs.
